Raka Rosé 2019

Salmon pink colour with a sweet bouquet of honey, turkish delight and berry notes. The palate is dry with juicy tones of raspberry and candyfloss. A gentle fruity finish.

Served well chilled, this wine is well suited to any seafood, pasta and cold meats. Also delightful on its own!

Wine-growing Area: Klein River Ward, Western Cape, South Africa

Grapes were sorted before being crushed directly into the tanks where skin contact is allowed for 4 hours. 6-15 % of each variety were extracted and inocculated with pure yeast cultures to optimize fermentation at around 16 degrees celcius. The wine was allowed to naturally clarify under gravity prior to filtering and bottling.
