R60 DELIVERY FEE PER CASE if less than 12 bottles are ordered.

Delivery is door-to-door countrywide in South Africa FREE DELIVERY IS APPLICABLE FOR ORDERS OF 12 BOTTLES OR MORE in South Africa only. Otherwise charges vary according to the area you are in.
Average charge is R60 per 6 bottle box delivered to bigger sentra, but may be more to far-off and ‘out the way’ areas. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. Raka Wine CC will not be liable for loss, damage or expense caused by input errors.
Please note that during public holidays, long weekends and Christmas holiday season times, delays may be experienced due to increased freight volumes.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed forthwith and delivered promptly.
Delivery time depends on the destination but we aim to deliver within 5– 7 working days. Raka Wine CC will not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause whatsoever.

REPLACEMENTS
a.)In the unlikely event that there is a broken bottle in your wine case, please inform us within two working days so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem, or credit your account.
b.)Please report broken delivery bottles with a photo to shop@rakawine.co.za
c.) Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
d.) By ordering you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
e.) We reserve the right to substitute product if stock runs out, to the same or higher value of the order.

Raka Wine cc may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you visit the website, we may occasionally ask you to provide us with some personal information. This may include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, contact details and payment details.
Other information may also be collected with your permission from time to time including preferences, likes and dislikes. Information that we collect from you may be used amongst other to:
a.) Provide the products and services you have requested
b.) Contact you when we experience difficulty in fulfilling your request

RETURNS
The cost to return good shall be for the account of the purchaser. Only closed sealed undamaged products in original packaging will be accepted. A 10% handling fee may apply. Acceptance of returned goods for refund will be in the sole discretion of Raka Wine CC.
Refunds will reflect in your bank account after reasonable time.
