Tasting Notes
Deep ruby colour. This classic Merlot shows characters of red berries and cloves with a hint of mintiness. Forthcoming on the nose with sweet violets and spicy oak. The wine is elegant and smooth with supple tannins. It is ready to drink now, or within 5 years.

All grapes were hand picked and sorted twice before a pure yeast culture called B13 was inoculated.
