Appearance: Clear, lime green in colour.
Wine Style: Dry.
Bouquet and Palate: A crisp wine with a good balance between rich fruit and integrated smooth acidity. Floral tones, asparagus, tinned peas and lime on the nose, with lime and other citrus fruit on the medium palate and lingering citrussy aftertaste.

Raka Rosé 2012
Appearance: Bright berry red colour
Bouquet and Palate: The nose reveals a little white pepper but mostly ripe berries, strawberry sweets and red jelly, which is also to be found on the palate. The wine ends dry but full of fruit and the aftertaste lingers. read more »

Raka Spliced 2010
Appearance: Ruby red with purple rim.
Style of Wine: Dry.
Nose and Palate: Perfect house wine. The wine has redberry flavours on the nose with herbs and spices coming from the Mourvèdre (oreganum, white peper and cloves). Full palate with with some spice soft rounded juicy tannins. read more »
