This Shiraz presents a heady nose of peppercorns, pimento and ripe fruit with just a hint of coconut. The palate fulfils this promise. A well structured wine, with approachable tannins and balanced wood integration.

The grapes were hand picked into lug boxes.
In The Cellar
Pre cooled to 5ºC. Cold soaked for 3 days. 14 months in French (30%) and American (30%) Oak.
