They feel tired after a long holiday, and cannot get started. Most cannot keep to their new year’s resolutions or feel stressed out. Come to Raka Wine near Stanford on 25th January 2020 and kickstart the new year while kicking the January Blues out of your life. Join us for a 6 or 12 km trail run or walk trough the vineyards of Raka and Boschrivier wines and our somewhat dry but still beautiful fynbos.

The route is scenic not too difficult and just long enough for a good workout. Medals await the first 100 entrants across the finish line. There will be prizes for the overall winners as well as a lucky draw. The tasting rooms at both Boschrivier and Raka will be open for wine tasting and there will be food stalls at Raka.

Proceeds go to Wielie Walie, a local playschool, which will have your good deed for the moth done and dusted while you are having a lot of fun.

Self-catering accommodation is available at Boschrivier and local guesthouses on neighbouring farms while camping is available at nearby Vloedbos.
