Taste Raka's National Wine Challenge Winners at the Juliet Cullinan Wine Show

Two successive vintages of the Raka Biography Shiraz, 2016 and 2017 were awarded Double Platinum, as was the RAKA Quinary 2017.

RAKA Biography Shiraz shared the first place in the “Wine Consistency Award” section with the likes of Boplaas, Groot Constantia and La Motte.

Jorika Visser, Raka’s marketing manager, will be attending the Juliet Cullinan Wine Show at Summer Place, 69 Melville Rd, Hyde Park, in Johannesburg, on 4-5 June, and these two winning wines will be on show.

On Saturday 8 June the people of Bloemfontein and surrounds will get the opportunity to taste and buy Raka wines, as Jorika will be attending the annual Wildskosfees at De Oude Kraal Country Estate near Bloemfontein.

This festival is a carnivore's paradise with venison and game birds of all sorts - even crocodile can be tasted along with the best of wines!

Also on RAKA’s wine tasting calendar for June is the Red Wine Fijnwyn at Shokran Events Venue on 15 and 16 June.
